I used a 6x6 card blank for this, printed the design on to matte photo paper and cut it out.
I added the base image with DS foam tape and then added the elements above it. A really quick card to make.
I added a sentiment tag, punched out snowflakes and flat back gems to finish the card along with a printed verse insert.
