I trimmed a piece of A4 card to make my completed card measure 6 1/2" x 6". Using the completed fan as a template i shaped the edge of the card. The fan was printed at 6x4 size and stuck onto card to make a firmer topper.

I also used the small completed fan pictures from the original sheet, along with the central star to decorate the edge of the card.

I matted a piece of pearlescent cream paper onto the main card and also down the edge as a contrast, using fancy fine peel-offs around the outside for decoration.

I finished off the card by adding the fan topper with silicone glue for some extra dimension and adding a christmas greeting peel-off at the top.
