Twist Turn Topper - Get Well Soon Dog
Twist Turn Toppers are a variation on my Exploding Cards. The concept is similar in that you print out the sheet onto paper and not card - thus saving you money. Follow the instructions on the sheet and on the CUP forum (click on the mortar board hat image below to be taken to the link for the instructions).
Once folded, the topper measures 3.75" square.
A surprise every time for the recipient!
This topper has a background design of leaves and the main image is of a dog on crutches with his foot in a bandage. The text has letters which have sticking plasters on them (bandaids). The text is sideways but when the topper is folded it will be the correct way up.

Printed onto matte coated paper, then mounted onto green check card. I added a ribbon, bowl of fruit and a green insert.
