This is an unusual design, and I didn?t find it easy to understand, but the instructions to make these exploding cards are on the CUP forum. After printing the design, I folded the two large squares according to the instructions. The back of the card consists of two patterned pieces, and they can be overlapped to keep the pattern intact. I attached the front sections using double sided tape, and used a lilac ribbon to tie the card. There is a place on the back of the card to write a sentiment. When the ribbons are untied there is a pleasant surprise inside the completed card.
