Exploding Card - Wiccan Blessings
With an exploding card the card itself gets tied with ribbon and when you untie the ribbon the pictures inside "explode" out because of the way they have been folded. Full instructions are on this website - they are very easy to make and once you've made one or two you won't need the instructions.
Once made you can then either leave the card "as is" or attach it to the front of a larger card as a 3D topper.
This card has a pentagram, flowers, butterfly and the Wiccan symbol for "blessing"

Printed on to good quality 120gsm paper. Cut out all elements then folded the 2 large squares as instructed. The strips were mounted on to red matt card, cutting so there was a border around them. I did the same with the small images and the sentiment.
Ribbon was attached under the small images at the front of the card. I then edged the front parts of the strip and the small images with sparkle red peel offs.
