Little CutieCompleted by Valerie Spowart
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Girl
I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to scalloped edge white card with DST, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with lilac and green gems to scalloped edge, gold gems to flowers and clear glaze to eyes and hearts.
An adorable design.
