Gnome Sweet Gnome Envelope Card and DecoupageCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, I then cut out the elements and placed the design base onto the front of a green C5 card, I then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads, this is a terrific, fun design for a birthday, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
