Delivering a Gift Envelope Card with DecoupageCompleted by Joan Prince

Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. I then placed the base image onto a green A5 scallop edge card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.

A delightful card for a little girl.

The insert reads "With Love & Best Wishes".
