I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper, cut out the elements and mounted the base image onto an A5 card.
I added the top layer and the extra 'dots' using sticky pads and also used some stickles on some of the raindrops which looks great.
Will use gloss paper next time as I think that would look good too.

Printed on gloss card printing the rose again to use as decoupage and a ribbon sentiment. Added layers with foam squares and finished with pale pink glitter to rose tips and edge of sentiment and finally glossy accent to the water drops and gems in the corners. a lovely card.
