I printed this sheet out on 200gsm card. Assembled the card by fixing the front panel to the front with dst. I then added glitter to the ribbon and a gem to the bow.

Using a complementary blue peel off border I trimmed the insert card and back of envelope shape. The card opens to reveal the greeting inside.
