I printed the design on good quality paper 165gsm. I cut, scored and folded where required, I secured with double sided tape. I changed the settings on my printer and printed three copies all different sizes to show that there isn't a problem if you want a different size envelope.

I love this envelope, 1 sheet of paper and just so easy, you can't go wrong with it!
