I reduced the tags by 50% and printed them out onto high quality photo paper. I selected my favourites, and accented each of them with a gold gel pen.

I attached one of these to a piece of black card I had edged with gold embossing, I further accented this individual tag with gold brads and then threaded through some jute cord to act as a hanging device.

I attached this tag to a piece of corrugated textured black card stock with 2mm foam pads and then stuck this to a square black card front (5"x6") using liquid glue.

With the other tags I attached these to a small piece of corrugated textured black card stock I had stuck a patterned embossed belly band.

I then adhered the tag accented cardstock to a handmade (3-1/2"x5-1/2") black mini card using liquid glue.
