Ladies with HatsCompleted by Rosina Walker

I printed this cup onto a sheet of decoupage paper,mounted four of them to a thin card stock,cut them out,then mounted the other four onto the reverse side,but before i stuck the back images on,i punch a hole at the top of each one,and threaded this gold curl elastic cored through the hole and stuck it down on the revers side,and then i stuck the images to the back,these are for the grand children to hang on there tree this Christmas.
