E V Abbott - Children Tags

I took one of the tags and put it in my Print Master where I created a childs birthday card.

I started with a blue background and added the picture and put a checkered frame over that.

Then I made a smaller frame and made a Happy Birthday sign to put above the picture. I printed twice on photo paper. I cut out main card, trimmed and folded into card. From 2nd print I cut out the frames and put them on main card with s gel. It makes a cue child's card. Designer of tags is Aisne Smith cup648789_466
