I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut the tags out and chose three for this concertina card. Using various patterned papers, I die-cut frames and attached them to the white three-panel card. Then I matted the tags onto them as shown, some at an angle.

I added pink gingham ribbon bows to two panels and a moulded plastic hand and foot with silicone. To complete the card I used silver peel-offs for a border around the first and third panel, then some pink faux gems on the middle panel.

I plan to do a similar card with the other three tags.

These sweet tags are so versatile; use them as tags or make six cards with them, or combine a few together as I have.
