I made the insert for my card, then decided to use the same image for the front... I printed off 2 more copies, matting one of them onto black card, then attaching to a very pale blue/grey mottled card.

The other one I cut out the inner (saving it) to leave the frame and hearts, which I then put onto the base with foam pads.

Then using the 'saved' piece, I cut out the tiny butterfly and put it over the one on the main image with foam pads.

Then I die cut a set of butterflies out of the rest and another set out of black paper, before adding them inside the frame.

I used clear gems on one butterfly and black gems on the other, and also for the 'trails'. Then I added one of the sentiments.
