I cut out and made up the cream bow and tie from this file.

I printed onto decoupage paper, glued the bow end tabs to the centre with DST and attached to the ties.I added a Happy Birthday tag to the centre and attached the bow to embellish card topper, cup564807_2013, using foam tape.

I have also used backing kit,cup511134_5 for the card background. The bows are very easy to put together and give a lovely finishing touch to your card. Also very versatile as there are a range of colours included.
