I used one of the tags from this sheet on cup89122_499 (Friendship is in the Little Things) which I attached to an A5 white card blank.
I made up the design using some of the decoupage elements and added the tag underneath complete with red card candy dots and peel off sentiment.
I also added some red and black gems.
