I printed out the design and then cut out a variety of the tags.I mounted a green background paper on to a card blank.I then mounted 8 tags with foam pads.On to each I added a peel off letter to create a sentiment.I then joined all the tags together with gold ribbon.I then added a gold ribbon border.I finished by adding gold stars.
