Tag Your Hearts 2Completed by Debby Bloor

I printed out the tags then cut them all out. I decided to use four of them to make a card, I punched holes in them, added a little ribbon tag and then attached them to the prepared card with sticky foam pads.

For the remainder of the tags I punched holes and added paper string.
