I used sentiment a tag from 7 Tags and added this to the front of a lattice card from white card stock using a Craft Robo (cup59874_648).

I then attached a piece of pink pearlescent paper behind the latticework.

To complete I added a pink organza and gem flower and pink gingham ribbon.
