After cutting out the dolphin tag I fixed this to gold glitter self-adhesive paper and cut to leave a narrow border.

I mounted this on a blue textured card using a large brad through which I threaded blue satin ribbon.

I fixed the ribbon on the back and inside of the card using double sided tape. To complete I used some blue glitter on the dolphin and added holographic sea themed stickers and a peel off sentiment.
