I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an A5 card. I attached design Pet Patches, cUp 249721_1018 to the card using double sided tape.

I attached one of the lovely tags to the card using a brad from my craft box. I added a silver peel off greeting to complete the lovely card. Lots of tags with this design and excellent value for money.
