I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. I layered the image and the sentiment onto gold patterned paper and then arranged them as shown on a burgundy square card.

I used gold peel-off stickers to add a border and adhered some braid to complement the pieces. To finish I used a few red faux gems. This unusual image could be used for a variety of occasions: leaving home, a celebration of any sort, travelling and so on.
