All Dressed Up Smarty Snowman

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card landscape. I attached backing paper Blue Swirls, cUp 26573_359 to the card using double side tape.

I attached the design to the card using thin foam tape. I added some silver peel offs from my craft box to compliment the lovely design.
