This is such a quick and easy card to make a lovely card for the young and old.I cut out the card blank and scored and folded the front of the card in half.I cut out the Teddy topper then and attached the bottom half of the topper as instructed.
I decoupaged the layers using 3d glue and added glitter and gems. As a finishing touch I attached the greeting to silver mirri using sticky pads.
