I used a printed backing sheet from the CD which I cut with a decorative edge and fixed this to an A5 white card blank.

I made up a pyramid image of a cat which I fixed towards the top of the card.

Underneath I used a piece of printed ribbon and sentiment. To complete I made a paper ribbon bow and fixed this to the top of the sentiment. I also used a matching inner from the CD
