Papertole Cd18Completed by Hilary Ball

Printed the card elements out onto semi-gloss card;

Cut out all of the pieces & assembled the card per accompanying instructions;

Decoupaged the Cupcake element to give depth;

Applied a thin layer of PVA & DecoArt Galmour Dust as frosting....topped off with a few pink seed beads;

Finally added sentiment on the topper panel! :)
