I printed the image out onto 300gsm Super Smooth white cardstock at smaller than the size provided. I then coloured in the central circle using a gold Wink of Stella brush pen and coloured the outside area using a Wine & Roses Twinkling H2O.

The image was then trimmed and the corners rounded with a punch. I matted this onto some black cardstock and trimmed it to give a border of a sixteenth of an inch.

This was then matted onto white, linen textured, cardstock and trimmed to three sixteenth of an inch, again rounding the corners.

I created a 15cm square card from 300gsm black cardstock, attached some sticky back glitter flourishes around the sides and stuck on the matted and layered topper using some quick grab glue.

I finished off by putting on a "Penblwydd Hapus" peel-off - which is Welsh for "Happy Birthday", and a die cut white leafy branch.
