I used a graffix programme to make the boy into a decoupage and coloured him in to bring him to life.

I used blue card and going down one side I attached wall graffiti backing paper which I thought was appropriate.

I mat and layered the sentiments onto blue glitter card and added jewels to each corner. This is a great design sheet as you have a choice of Boy or Girl and create many different looks with colour.
