I printed the design onto good quality card and cut out the bobby, i coloured him in with promarkers and added glossy accents to his belt, shoes, badge and buttons then i got a white card blank and covered it with a wall effect backing paper which i had cut a square out of and on the blank card behind the square i drew bars and to finish, from the computer i typed out the message "Sorry Sir, I forgot my handcuffs"
