Lepracauhn Digi StampsCompleted by Gwyneth George
I printed the design out, at much smaller than the supplied size, onto 300gsm, Super Smooth, white cardstock. I coloured it in using ProMarkers. I then used a die to cut out the image, using an out of the box technique to keep the edge of the toadstool and top of the hat from being cut. I took a sheet of white cardstock and roughly coloured it in using Mowed Lawn Distress Stain, not trying to make it completely even. The cut out digi was stuck to this using 1mm deep, double sided, foam tape, and the green background was cut to leave an uneven/squiffy border around the image. I then stuck the matted image to a piece of silver/grey Adorable Scorable cardstock and again trimmed to leave an uneven border. I made a square base card from an A4 sheet of pale green adorable scorable cardstock and attached the matted image to this at a "jaunty angle". I finished off by cutting out a leaf and colouring it with the same Distress Stain before sticking it on my card using glue gel.
I haven't added a greeting to this yet as I'm not sure what language it will be needed in. I've kept to quite muted colours for the toadstool, but you could go wild and use bright or neon colours if you wanted to have a completely different look to mind.
