Paris Shopping Spree Digital StampCompleted by Angela Styles

This is a fun and chic design!I printed it out at a quarter size.I mounted a black and white background on to a card blank.I then mounted a small doilly and placed this topper on top with foam pads.I finished by adding a sentiment and card candi. This would look great coloured in to match other backgrounds as well.
