Happy Birthday Primrose StampCompleted by Julie Mansell
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Floral
What a gorgeous file!
I printed the file on cardstock. I colored the image using markers. I then added glitter on certain elements.
I trimmed around the graphic and matted the piece on colored cardstock.
To add dimension, I added dotted lines around the graphic.
