Resized in graphics programme then printed onto super smooth decoupage paper. Coloured using Whispers brush markers & Pro markers then cut out. Attached a piece of christmas paper from stash to a white card using DST then mounted topper using 2mm foam pads.
Finished with black peel off greeting & corners.
