Resized this image & 339469_1749 then printed onto super smooth decoupage paper. Coloured both images using whispers brush markers & promarkers. Cut out the images. Fastened black twine behind the image as balloon strings then mounted onto silver die cut frame then onto black card using 2mm foam pads.
Added the greeting image onto black card then cut around leaving a small border. Mounted both onto a white hammered card using 2mm foam pads. Finished with black peel off corners.
