Teddy Banner Digi Stamp

Reduced image in graphics programme then printed onto super smooth decoupage paper then coloured the smaller image using Whispers brush markers & pro markers.

Cut around image then mounted onto a lace doily & added a pale green satin bow.

This is now ready to be added to a card when needed.
