I printed the sheet out at half size onto 300gsm Super Smooth white cardstock and coloured in one of the images in using my ProMarkers.

As I wanted to use the image on a Get Well card I added the wording "Strictly Medicinal" to the label before cutting it out.

I took a scalloped edged 6" square base card from my crafty stash and attached a piece of material from a charm pack, also from my crafting stash, using ultra tacky double sided tape.

I took a plastic spoon and coloured it with a ProMarker because the original colour didn't go with the colours on the card.

I also cut out and wrote "Get Well Soon" on a tag, put a ribbon through it and attached it round the neck of the bottle.

The pieces were all attached to the card front using glue gel.
