This design baffled me for a long while but persevered and printed out at A5. Coloured the design with all the different blues I have in Promarkers. Added this to a backing sheet of blue and purple spots, then stuck to the main card with DST.
Added the little fellow from CuP30081_118 as the topper. He is also coloured with Promarkers. Simple little peel-offs in gold to each corner and a Happy Birthday sentiment finished the card.
