Stamp colored with Prismacolor pencils, using Gamsol method for shading (see CUP tutorials for info on this technique), layered as a 3D medallion.
You could use only the circular portion of the medallion, or choose not to layer it up.
It is such a versatile stamp. "Pedestal" is rubber stamp from Quietfire Design. Quote is rubber stamp from Stamp Zia.
