I cut a 7.5" square from backing sheet 24839_99 & mounted both backing sheet & topper 373200_1519 onto pink card leaving a small border.

I attached the mounted backing sheet to a white card blank then added digital ribbons from 177359_612 using DST.

I attached the mounted toper using 2mm foam tape. I added a tag from 398368_359. I finished with green gems along the ribbon.
