Lad is Not Green at 18Completed by Lorraine Appleby

Cut out the main image and attached to a pearlised mint green card and then attached to my black card.

I opened the card up and with a VERY sharp knife I cut around the top and bottom of the 18 making an aperture.

Layered the remaining pieces using foam pads.

I used the matching insert but cut out the strip of bottles and the champagne bottle, then I placed a mint green 80g sheet inside the card and closed the card up, traced around the aperture (18 top and bottom) then cut this out but made my cuts a fraction bigger than the tracing so it wouldn't be seen once the card was closed.

Then attached this insert to the card with ds tape and used adhesive to add the bottle strips, I had to cut a little of the top of the Champagne bottle so it would fit behind the 18, it looks great when finished and has been quite popular.
