Paper Magic Frame - It Started with a KissCompleted by Eve Bartlett

I printed this image onto good quality card stock and then cut it out with a scalpel. I fixed it onto a red background and then placed red peel off hearts around it. As I intend giving it as an engagement gift, I put it into a frame.
