I printed this lovely image onto a sheet of decoupage paper,mounted the main image to the inside of an A5 card,cut away the white card showing around this image,then mount the smaller image to the front,add text,to finnish i have stuck on a deep pink bow that has a little red on it,and added yellow gems to the centre two of the flowers.
