Vintage Lady in Cut Out FrameCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape.

I cut out the white area of the frame as instructed and attached the frame to the card using thin foam tape.

I add the bow and the greeting using thin foam tape.
