NOEL NOEL CUT AWAY CARD
Blue background with gold and silver shaped frame. A snowy scene with snowman and reindeer with sleigh and holly garlands at the top and bottom of the design.
The word NOEL is vertical down the right hand side of the card, and the letters needs to be cut around to make the word stand out, plus decoupage

Used a Dovecraft 6" x 6" gold metallic square card. I cut out around the Noel. Added extra 3D squares under the "O" and "L" and Rudolph to create a raised effect. Added Dovecraft crystal, Candyfloss and red glitter glue on the snow, sleigh and Christmas trees.
