The design sheet was printed on glossy photo paper and the elements cut out. I cut,scored and folded a black square cardblank to fit the main base image. I mounted the main image on the card with double sided tape.
I used glossy accents on the bat decoupages and the spires of the buildings. I added one of the decoupage rooftops with 1mm foam then added the frame with 2mm foam tape. The bats were attached with silicone and the Happy Halloween greeting with 2mmm foam. I completed the card with silver faux metal brads in each corner.
