I printed this sheet and cut out all of the elements. I laid an A4 card sheet in landscape, and stuck the largest piece onto the bottom left of the card, leaving a small border.

Cut horizontally across the card above the piece with the same border.

Score the sheet to the right of the piece, with the same border and fold. Using this as a guide, I measured and scored two more panels, the same width, and trimmed the excess off.

I stuck the mid piece onto the card, with the top lining up with the top of the first piece.

I then trimmed on a diagonal following the line of the mid piece. I then stuck the smallest piece onto the right side panel, lining up with the bottom, and cut just above it.

I then cut along the scored line between the mid and right panels, trimming the excess off.

I then put strong tape along both side and the base of the small panel then close it, making a pocket.

I stuck the bookmark onto a spare piece of card, cut it out and put into the pocket. I finished by adding the greeting.
