I made a tri fold card of black marbled card to fit the panels. I then layered the panels onto gold mirri board then onto the base card in the appropriate places. I attached the oval congratulations message tag with sticky pads.

I used a glue pen to dot some glue around the bubbles on all panels and also on the large label and sprinkled with fine gold glitter.

I attached the label with gold thread to the centre panel and finished with a small gold bow. The label could be used to write a message on the back. I attached the With Love message to the other side of the centre panel.

I printed a second sheet and cut out the two glasses and decoupaged them to the front of the card with slicone glue.
