I printed this sheet onto glossy photo paper. I made a trifold card, cut out each section of the sheet and mounted onto appropriate panels of the card blank.

To finish off I decoupaged the bow on the back panel, added an anniversary greeting to the front panel and a clear adhesive gem to the word love on the middle panel.
